*FOR PINNED APPLICATIONS: Pinning the attachment to the fork blades require two (2) 1/2 inch holes be drilled into the front of the fork blade. The holes allow the holding pins to secure the adapter to the fork blade.

*FOR CHAINED APPLICATIONS: Use the rear pin of the adapter to secure the chain to the hitch adapter. Attach the chains to the frame of your fork lift or pallet fork attachment to prevent your double fork trailer hitch attachment from sliding off of your fork blades. Using a ratchet binder will further prevent any jerking or shifting when in use.
