The 3-in long spikes cause small slits as it is rolled across your lawn to allow better soil drainage, the infiltration of lawn supplements, and perfect for seed germination. The drum can be filled with 47-gallons of water to increase the weight for better performance on harder ground. Kickstand included for easy storage.HEAVY-DUTY DESIGN: The 72-in wide drum spike aerator is made from heavy-duty steel and built to last. The replaceable bearings allow the drum to roll smoothly across your lawn and let the 0.25-in thick spikes to penetrate with ease.
EASY FILL DRUM FOR ADDED WEIGHT: The pull behind drum spike aerator has a steel fill cap located on its side, allowing you to fill the drum with sand, water, and other material. By increasing the weight, you can better compact the soil and provide better penetration for your spikes to aerate the lawn.
DESIGNED FOR ATVs, UTVs, AND UTILITY TRACTORS: The tow behind 72-in drum spike aerator is equipped with a pin-style hitch which can easily attach to your ATV, UTV, or small utility tractor. The unique design makes pulling it behind your vehicle.
DIMENSIONS: The drum width is 72-in and has a diameter of 14.4-in. There is a total of 126 spikes that are 3-in long and are made from 0.25-in thick hardened steel. The drum will have a 47-gallon capacity and weighs approximately 190 lb dry.
